If by some miracle you didn’t eat your fill of delicious sweets between Halloween and All Saint’s Day, never fear!

Fall is the perfect time to devour fall-inspired desserts that walk the line between the often light and fruity desserts of summer and the heartier sweets of winter.

One good way to achieve this is by looking for desserts that incorporate typical cold-weather fruits like oranges, cranberries and pomegranates.

In Spain it’s always easy to let your cooking inspiration begin with any of the dishes prepared by great Spanish chefs like Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz restaurant, Rodrigo de la Calle of El Invernadero restaurant, and Kiko Moya of L’Escaleta. Therefore, feast your eyes on these three perfect-for-fall recipes by these three chefs (respectively), and roll up your sleeves and start cooking!
