It would be hard to imagine a world without garlic.

This bulbous plant is a chef’s best friend, elevating even the simplest of dishes to the next level in terms of aromas and flavors.

Sure, you can (and should!) add garlic to the most complex of stews, stocks, sauces and more, but garlic really shines when it’s combined with just one or two ingredients in the simplest of ways, like in the recipes below.
