Madrid Fusión 2016 gets underway today, and for the next three days, Madrid will serve as host to some of the most popular, talented and influential chefs in the world.
The theme of this year’s edition of this internationally-renowned culinary conference is “The Post Avant-Garde Language”, and how this relates to “New Roads to Creativity”.
Susi Díaz, Ricard Camarena, Ángel León, Andoni L. Aduriz, Joan Roca, José Andrés, Josean Alija, Mario Sandoval, Elena Arzak, Eneko Atxa, Dani García and Paco Roncero are just some of the Spanish chefs that will be participating in the 2016 conference; which year after year serves as a platform for haute cuisine professionals from around the world to discuss and demonstrate their latest innovations, concepts and discoveries.
It is safe to say that MadridFusión 2016 will not disappoint, nor will the full-schedule of complementary activites like the Enofusión wine fair, Dulce Fusión sweets conference, and Saborea España, a culinary conference presented by top chefs that focuses on traditional Spanish culinary themes.
