Croquetas. You can find them anywhere in Spain – from the most humble or traditional bars and restaurants to the highest ranked temples of modern cuisine.

These classic Spanish tapas also often set the bar by which home chefs are measured, grandmother´s recipes are compared and restaurants rise and fall.

Although the most classic croquetas are without a doubt the traditional croquetas de jamón, or Spanish ham croquettes, there is a seemingly endless variety of options for this beloved tapa.
