ICEX Chefs Matched with Spanish Restaurants

The excitement is surely building for the twelve young  chefs participating in this year’s edition of the ICEX Training Program in Spanish Gastronomy who have received their restaurant assignments for the work experience portion of the program, which will last for approximately three months.

July 20th is the big day that that these international chefs will start work in some of this country’s most prestigious and award-winning kitchens.

No less than fifteen Spanish restaurants and a total of twenty-two Michelin stars will welcome these chefs into their kitchens, including current “World’s Best RestaurantEl Celler de Can Roca.
