Everyone knows that with so many different styles of Cava to choose from, this Spanish sparkling wine is perfect for drinking on its own, as an aperitivo (before a meal), an after dinner treat, or whenever the mood strikes or there’s something to celebrate.

But Cava is also a fantastic match for a wide variety of different dishes, from starters, to entrees and desserts. Spanish Ibérico ham, for example, goes wonderfully with a glass of Cava, as do any number of cheeses, fish, seafood, rice and vegetable dishes, among other things.
