Figs! This delicious, sweet and versatile Mediterranean fruit is wonderful when eaten any number of ways.

Spain is one of the most significant fig-producing countries in the world, and these Spanish products are universally known for their extremely high quality.

Though a range of different varieties of figs are found in different areas of Spain, the most prolific Spanish fig-growing areas are found in Huesca (Aragón), Lleida(Catalonia), Ávila (Castile-Leon), Cáceres (Extremadura), Murcia and Alicante (Valencian Community).

Additionally, if it’s dried figs that catch your fancy – with their fantastic concentrated sweetness – then you’ve also come to the right place. Spain generally produces around 20% of the world’s dried figs.
