I have always been a huge fan of Chronicle Books. In fact, I used to dream about either working for or writing for this San Francisco based independent book publisher.
But for now, I can only live vicariously through the words and recipes of veteran cookbook writer Jeff Koehler, author of Chronicle’s 2013 tome Spain.
With around 350 pages dedicated to the regions of Spain, Koehler traces their history, culture and gastronomy through tales of succulent dishes and culinary traditions. He provides readers with page after page of gorgeous photographs and 200 hunger-inducing recipes for traditional Spanish regional fare from stocks to stews, soups, poultry, preserves and more.
