ICEX chef to blog about experiences in Spain

The wait is winding down for the thirteen participants in this year’s edition of the ICEX Training Program in Spanish Gastronomy. Slated to begin their six month-long experience in the world of Spanish gastronomy this coming June 9th, preparations are more than underway!

South African participant Liezl Vermeulen, of the Institute of Culinary Arts (South Africa), is gearing up with the launch of her new blog and Facebook page. Here, friends, colleagues and other interested parties will be able to follow the progress of this young chef throughout her stay in Spain.

Additionally, Liezl also had a live, national radio interview with well-known South African food blogger Nina Timm, to explain what the program is all about.
