Bullipedia Lab Unveiled

Alimentaria is in full swing in Barcelona, as are numerous other parallel events hosted and attended by retailers, producers, chefs and restaurants, journalists and many others, all designed to take advantage of the thousands of professional visitors that have flocked to this trade fair from all over the world.

One such event took place yesterday with the presentation of Ferran Adria‘s Bullipedia Lab in Barcelona. This future research center and workshop will commence functioning on May 15th, 2014, with a staff of eighty people dedicated to working full-time on the Bullipedia gastronomic encyclopedia project.

After a presentation by Adria, Eduard Xatruch and Oriol Llavina, journalists were invited to visit the Bullipedia Lab, located in a former textile mill, which will serve as the world headquarters for this project.
