Long before Foods from Spain, we had Spain Gourmetour, an incredible, informative and beautifully produced magazine that brought the best of Spanish cuisine, wines and gastronomic products to professionals all over the world in four different languages (German, French, Spanish and English).

Published by ICEX from 1986 until just recently, there are currently 35 back issues of this excellent tome still available for your enjoyment through Foods from Spain and on this site.

Here, you can get an in-depth look at the fascinating subjects of past articles including Spanish saffron, the grapefruit market, organic agriculture, breads, pickled vegetables and much more, as well as find a huge variety of recipes created by some of this country’s very best chefs.

Personally, I will never tire of revisiting this wonderful publication and all it has to offer.
