It’s time once again for the USA World’s of Flavor International Conference and Festival, which will be held from November 14th – 16th.
Sponsored by the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, California, this conference was launched in 1998. This, its sixteenth edition, will focus on four thematic areas: Millennial Appetites, Information Technology, Creativity, and Culinary Science.
This conference is particularly interesting because it looks at the way that chefs from all over the world interact, exchanging information, culture and elements of creativity.
Additionally, foods from Spain will participate in this year’s Worlds of Flavor, with a variety of seminars, product representation and participation by important figures in the world of Spanish gastronomy, including Josep Roca of El Celler de Can Roca and Dani García of Calima.
