The nine participants in this year’s ICEX Training Program in Spanish Gastronomy competed yesterday in the International Tapas Competition in Valladolid.
During this exciting event, which took place yesterday afternoon in this city’s Plaza del Milenio, each of these young, international chefs presented his or her own unique tapa or pincho.
This competition marked the end of the participant’s time in Spain and their recent two-week trip around the country visiting some of its most renowned restaurants, producers and gastronomic specialists.
