However all is not lost, and with the help of experts – trained in this skill – it is possible to learn the basics needed to enjoy a whole Spanish ham in your home, no matter where you are in the world.

This challenge just got a whole lot easier for those of you living in New York and other American cities, thanks to the Foods from Spain promotional campaign of Iberico ham in the USA.

Part of the mission of the Trade Commission of Spain in New York. this initiative will kick off in the Big Apple with a ham slicing demo and tasting event on September 23rd.
