This gastronomic fair and conference will take place from September 16 – 18th in the city’s FIBES Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos (convention center).
On the one hand, this event (the fourth of its kind) will feature a range of different companies from the food and food service industries, exhibiting their high quality gastronomic products, including olives, olive oils, cheeses, meats, honey and wines.
On the other, it will provide the framework for the Congreso Gastronómico Andalucía Sabor 2013 gastronomic conference, which will bring together some of the region and country’s best chefs – including Ángel León, Dani García and Paco Roncero – to ruminate on this year´s topic of Tapa. Tradición e Innovación en la Cocina Andaluza (Tapa. Tradition and Innovation in Andalusian Cuisine).
