Well, it almost works!

It’s Friday and it’s a gorgeous day in Madrid.

Summer is finally here and it’s time to start thinking about heading to the market and picking up something delicious for lunch or dinner.

One of my favorite foods from Spain when the weather gets hot is lubina, or sea bass.

Try this elegant, easy and flavorful recipe for Braised Sea Bass with Olives, paired with any number of great Spanish wines.

The Spanish olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and olives are the perfect combination for this firm and flaky whitefish.
