With just a little more than a week to go before SIAL 2013 kicks off in Shanghai, China, Spanish food and beverage companies are getting ready to show their high quality food products.

SIAL China is one of Asia’s most important food and beverage fairs, and so it’s no surprise that the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) and the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries (FIAB) are in charge of the Spanish pavilion at this annual fair, which will provide a showcase for some of Spain’s wonderful gastronomic products, including meats and sausages and wines.

SIAL China will take place this year from May 7th – 9th at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, and will feature more than 2,200 exhibitors, 40 national pavilions, 7 exhibition halls, and at least 46,000 professional visitors.
